How it all began…
I’ve always believed that space affects how we feel—how we live, think, and create. For me, design isn’t about trends or labels—it’s about unlocking potential. Seeing what a space could be, and making it happen.
My journey started not in a studio, but in a small, ordinary apartment that needed a quick transformation into an Airbnb. The brief was clear: tight budget, tighter deadline. Two weeks later, the listing went live—and started booking immediately. That moment lit the spark.
The owner gave me her next property—a complete mess—and I had four weeks to turn it around. Then came the palazzo library, the DJ studio, the basement Airbnb that booked out on day one. Each project pushed me to do more, try new things, and trust my vision.
What began as a side project became a business built on transformation - taking overlooked or underused spaces and turning them into something extraordinary. That’s how Elevated Spacial Design Malta came to life.
Today, I work with homeowners, creatives, and property investors ready to reimagine their spaces - whether they’re after a full renovation, a functional upgrade, or that one detail that brings everything together.
And for clients transforming properties into short-lets, I work closely with a trusted property manager who takes care of all the hosting and day-to-day operations. That way, I focus on the creative transformation - while the guest experience is handled seamlessly from check-in to check-out.
Because great design isn’t just about how a space looks. It’s about how it makes people feel - and the results it delivers.

Marijan Najdovski is the founder and creative force behind Elevated Spacial Design Malta. Known for his intuitive approach and eye for balance, he works across a range of interiors - from private homes and heritage buildings to high-performing Airbnb listings.
His portfolio includes striking before-and-afters, custom-built features, and bold reimaginings of forgotten spaces. Whether it’s installing a floor-to-ceiling library in a 400-year-old palazzo or redesigning a creative studio for one of Malta’s top DJs, Marijan brings both detail and vision to every project.
He now collaborates with homeowners, investors, and property managers to elevate spaces that not only look beautiful, but also serve a purpose. For short-let projects, he works hand-in-hand with a trusted property management partner who handles the hosting and guest experience — allowing Marijan to focus on the creative transformation from start to finish.
